Our products are perceived by the healthcare professionals to be of the highest quality and we can also demonstrate the best patient outcomes in clinical literature.GIGA (Germany, Israel, Greece and Alpine = Austria and Switzerland) is one of the most important regions in Europe in terms of revenue.We are looking for a Therapy Specialist that would like to take a challenge and cover the French speaking part of Switzerland.A day in lifeYour everyday tasks will include supporting cardiac devices (pacemaker, defibrillators) implants in hospitals and providing technical support and troubleshooting in clinics and private practices.* You will be adding value on high technical knowledge in combination with a diplomatic approach respecting the atmosphere in a cathlab or operating room. As well as provide training for the whole chain of stakeholders on how to use our products in the best way to ensure best patient outcome.* It is important that you understand customer needs and the advantages of our products to optimize the solution offering and stock levels in the accounts, propose and organize educational and proctoring programs. You will promote the added value of our products, both from a technical point of view as well as clinical outcomes* You will be delivering training sessions to healthcare professionals and be the expert in telemedicine.* You will provide on-site support, consulting and education to healthcare professionals, through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.* The people you mainly will colaborate with will be: Service Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Representatives.* You will be offering support as needed at conferences and congresses and provide reports of activities and issues as required by management.Must Have: Minimum Requirements* We are looking for a technical Bachelor's degree candidate who can understand the complexity of our business and the company.* We would like you to have a relevant experience (2+ years), and it is an advantage if you have experience within a healthcare/hospital environment.* You should have a passion for the technical aspects of cardiac rhythm management and excellent presentation and communication skills to support, train and inspire people.* Be well organised with strong planning skills, with high level of flexibility which is required to cover the full territory and adapt schedule if needed* Strong team spirit and communication skills are necessary to establish good working relationships with your team and a wide range of customers* It is essential that you speak French language fluent and business English languages* You should feel comfortable with standard ICT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com, etc.)Nice to Have* German/Italian knowledge are an advantage* A background in the medical devices space is a big asset and a real differentiatorYour answerIs this the position you have been waiting for?
