What are you going to do?
As a Tesla Support Specialist you support customers by tackling problems immediately by telephone and e-mail. You solve problems by evaluating the needs of the customer and you work in a creative and proactive way to resolve roadside questions, technical questions and general support, including the change of ownership of vehicles and customers.
In addition, you coordinate quickly and accurately with various stakeholders to determine the best course of action for all supporting activities, including urgent roadside issues such as towing services. You communicate empathically but clearly to solve customer problems. You switch, where necessary, with towing services, the service center and/or other parties involved. You register all matters accurately and completely in the CRM system to keep track of all support cases and communication.

A star in providing customer support and you have a calm but focused attitude to really be of service to the customer. You are a fast learner who quickly learns the work with the support of the dedicated training team. You are a multitasker who know how to set priorities and who van quickly switch for the benefit of the customer in a fast-moving environment. In addition you are:
•Technically gifted. You have basic knowledge of automotive terms including terms relating to vehicle parts, towing and car maintenance;
•A flexible team player. You enjoy working closely with different types of people.
•You have relevant working experience in a customer service environment;
•You are flexible in work-shifts (Tesla’s customer support is 24/7 available);
•You speak English fluently;
•You speak one other language fluently Norway (or French or German);
•You have working experience in customer support;
•You have knowledge of MS Office.
