As a competent contact, you will support end customers and planners from the field of power distribution and industry with technical and conceptual questions relating to sustainable and efficient operation and maintenance. Your focus is on the product groups, medium and low voltage systems and their digitization. You will be supported by a competent team from the planning to the offer, with project handling or after sales service topics. Together with the back office, product management and service organization, you coordinate all matters and thus guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
You look after your customers in a given sales region, are responsible for sales and organize your visits independently.
You report to the sales manager and use your experience and drive to build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
You are responsible for the market development of a sales region with the main service portfolio for medium and low voltage switchgear systems
You advise our customers over the entire life cycle of their systems and generate potential for conversions, retrofits, digitization and future sales of new systems
You prove your expertise in customer service and the creation of reliable forecasts about your sales region
You work intensively with the bid & proposal team and the project managers and independently create offer strategies and smaller offers
You define the necessary measures to improve project results and implement them
You observe the market closely and acquire new customers in professional sales talks
Electrotechnical training as well as a corresponding further education (FH, TS)
Several years of service or sales experience in a comparable position, preferably in the energy supply or energy distribution sector
Knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear combined with sales experience and a flair for digital solutions
Mother tongue French, German and English are a great advantage. High level of self-motivation as well as good self and time management
Result and goal orientation, a structured way of working
Open, sociable personality with assertiveness, high customer orientation and independent way of working
Good knowledge of MS Office and IT related to sales
Willingness to travel within Switzerland, driving license (Cat B.)
