WayRay's industrialization team is looking for an experienced Process Development Engineer who will join the Holographic Windshield project to develop and setup high volume manufacturing process to produce first in the world glazing products with holographic function.

Key Tasks{{delimeter}}
  • Production process development and set up of production plant for recording of holographic windshields in series automotive environment 
  • Elaboration of machine requirements together with R&D teams
  • BOM and identification of cost drivers for plant equipment 
  • Supplier selection, validation and technical contact to supplier
  • Validation of production process according to automotive standards, target yield and productivity requirements
  • Process/product change control according to automotive standards
  • Support on definition and automatization of production workflow 
  • Process and processing cost monitoring
  • Support on plant location selection
  • Ensuring individual product traceability
  • Manufacturing documentation and technical support to claim management
