The Izakaya Nozomi in the Hotel Barabas brings traditional Japanese cuisine directly to Lucerne and reveals a culinary tradition that has so far kept a low profile in our city. No sushi, but everything that is usually served in the land of the rising sun. Fresh, puristic and incredibly elegant in taste, we take you directly to Kyoto, Osaka or Tokyo.

For the Japanese restaurant Izakaya Nozomi at the Hotel Barabas Lucerne

What you do:

  • Support of the kitchen team on the different posts
  • Production of the daily freshly made dishes
  • You are jointly responsible for compliance with food and hygiene regulations
