As Product Manager for our global C&P Business Group, you will be asked to lead the definition and development of new experiences and innovation ingredients which will be integrated into new products.
Your product development experience will allow Logitech to anticipate consumer’s needs in new and meaningful ways, and a deep understanding of the mid to long term trends to stay ahead of competition.

You will report to the Head of Sustainability, Creativity & Productivity Business Group, based in Switzerland and you will work within a team of product and business managers whilst working closely with our Logitech engineering and design teams.

Define the user-centered vision of C&P key experiences and innovation ingredients.
Collaborate with business, design and engineering teams to build mid and long term innovation and experience strategy and roadmap.
Drive the identification of best-in-class and innovative technical solutions in close collaboration with Engineering. Develop point of views on new features and technologies.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to reach optimal tradeoff between product experience, sustainability, time to market and cost.
Lead the harmonization of the product experience across the Business Group.
Key Qualifications and skills:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Graduate degree in business, engineering and/or product design
Demonstrable experience in a product management or product development position.
Strong ability to empathize with consumers and consumer challenges and tensions, demonstrable experience in global consumer needs and developing products in multiple cultures and/or used by multiple user groups.
Passion for the tech industry. Ability to quickly grasp technology constraints and capabilities. Strong interest in electronics and technology business, industry / industry issues and competitors. Strong understanding of product life cycle processes, engineering principles and design constraints.
Strong interest in environmental sustainability. Passion to make a positive impact.
Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and to both lead and collaborate in cross functional teams. Recognised leadership skills-strong ability to lead by influence
Excellent communication (oral & written) skills. English required.
Decisive and able to deal with ambiguity, guiding other team members through it.
