Audemars Piguet sees employer branding as a vital element in delivering our objective to become an employer of choice in the industry. The Internal Communications & Employer Branding team (sitting within HR) is looking for an autonomous, agile, experienced, engaged, team-playing individual to join the team.
Your main tasks will be to:
Design an employer branding roadmap that supports the company strategy
Bring to life and evangelize the employee value proposition in partnership with AP leadership, brand and HR by driving internal and external campaigns;
Ensure the AP culture is highlighted to a diverse set of candidates;
Manage and maximize the impact of our social media sites including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the career page;
Optimize, improve and manage the further build out of the career page;
Build and demonstrate success using data and associated KPIs that result in enhanced, targeted and diverse candidate attraction;
Understand and design outreach tactics including organic and paid advertising, retargeting and job post promotions;
Create rich and continuous content highlighting the compelling aspects of life at AP including brand videos, static collateral, marketing copy, digital assets, and defining content for selected brand ambassadors;
Support and manage recruiting events strategy, both virtual and in-person for, cultural, industry and functional audiences;
Leverage and influence our candidate experience through survey and employee engagement survey data.
8 to 10 years experience recruitment marketing or a similar role in branding, but interest in contributing to the awareness of the brand in the Swiss market is essential;
Degree in Marketing /Communications or related field;
Great interpersonal skills, humility and eager to learn and collaborate transversally. Intrinsically motivated and forward-thinking, you enjoy building bridges with HR and Brand processes and teams;
Demonstrated ability to create and use data and KPIs to ensure effectiveness of engagement campaigns;
Ability to manage creation of static and rich media content as well as create story lines and associated copy in partnership with external consultants and agencies;
Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders, agility and capacity to deal with change.
