You have a higher education with a commercial and/or technical focus? You have profound communication, analytical and organizational skills? As an Business Process Manager you establish and maintain a continuous improvement (CI) culture in Sales and SCM with focus on Customer & Quality by deploying a set of continuous improvement competencies, utilizing Lean Six Sigma (L6S) as the CI methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress for ABB Power Grids High Voltage Service. You are working closely together with other functions and stakeholders in our Product Service Center (PSC). With your drive and leadership, you improve the business process, standardize the business tools, and maintain simple and clear interface within our organization to support our versatile service portfolio and ensure profitable growth and high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a continuous improvement (CI) culture in Sales and SCM
  • Lead and support internal CIP Projects in Sales and SCM
  • Map and improve Business Process in Sales and SCM, especially to ensure a simple and clear interface between Sales/SCM and Project Management / Engineering / Order Management / Troubleshooting / Field Service / New Business
  • Manage and develop tools for standardization in Sales and SCM to improve the efficiency
  • Maintain Table of Authority in PSC Switzerland
  • Provide strong support in Sales and SCM to develop and improve customer and suppliers/partners relationships (internal and external), sales and service channels
  • Actively solve customer requests, complaints or issues, competently and in a timely manner
  • Your background

  • Higher education with commercial and/or technical focus (University, FH, TS or similar)
  • 2-year experience in business process improvement
  • L6S Yellow Belt or Green Belt
  • Team player with good communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Drive and persistence combined with strong skills in motivation and convincing others
  • Good knowledge with SAP, SharePoint and MS Office
  • Fluent in English (written and speaking), other languages like German are a plus
