What you’ll do!

  • Work on the global Commercial Excellence team to drive the biotech segment commercial excellence strategy. Implement and manage a sustainment model (standard operating process) to target biotechs across all regions worldwide
  • Partner closely with regional commercial leaders and Field Marketing to identify high-value early-stage company and molecule targets for their sales teams using market pipeline data. Support late-stage clinical phase molecule mapping process
  • Lead monthly biotech targeting reviews with sales team to set priorities, roll out action plan, coordinate across multiple partners and report on progress. Collate metric progress reports from all regions to be shared with leadership
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to build and improve Qliksense and Salesforce dashboards
  • Research venture capital funding trends and their impact on the biopharma industry.
  • Who you are!

  • Degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration or another related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years’ work experience or familiarity with the biopharma manufacturing, life sciences industry and/or related industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities based on data and / or analytical methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of functional leaders and SME's
  • Experience developing project plans and managing activities, partners and timelines on cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively and bring forward improvement proposals on processes and tools
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with biopharma market datasets such as Global Data, Evaluate Pharma and others
  • Global cross-functional project experience
